Group, Private & Semi-Private Training
We have developed year round beach volleyball training programs that work for athletes of any age, skill level or experience.
Our most popular program is our large group session which is currently run 6 days a week. These sessions are typically 2 intense hours of fun, exhausting and mentally challenging training that some of our diehard athletes attend as much as 14 times per month.
Our groups are separated into skill level and experience to ensure each individual gets pushed to get the most out of each session but no one feels too overwhelmed.
The semi-private and private training sessions cater to those who haven’t had much coaching in the past and would like to gain enough knowledge to join our large group or those that just want to work on a specific skill to eliminate a weakness.
During the winter, our programs run at the Beach YYC and in the summer a combination of the outdoor CBVA courts and the Beach YYC.
