CHRISTINA VAN GORP

Christina began her post secondary athletic career as a soccer player for the university of Guelph.

Her transition from Div 1 soccer to beach volleyball began 5 years ago and has seen her develop at an unprecented rate to the point of moving up the ranks to become one of Calgary's top blockers.

Her rapid advancement can be attributed to an incomparable work ethic, positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.

In the upcoming 2024 season, Christina will be playing in the NBVL league for The Beach YYC with her training partner Kristen Almhjel.
